Senior member of a large global team of user experience professionals designing online research solutions for LexisNexis divisions around the world. I have been lead designer on many projects including their flagship products for legal research. I also work in a variety of different roles. Highlights include:- Human factors engineering - managing frequent user tests and rapid prototyping using Axure and finding quick creative solutions to usability problems

Managed the complete re-branding and re-design of the company’s internal and external publicity materials – both online and in print. The web applications included MindSwift a customer analysis and recording system, and APEX a company information search tool. Working with the managing directors to specify the objectives, I managed the design and build, directing programmers and staff to meet all technical and content requirements
I also managed internal web projects, including the intranet which included a CMS to allow staff to easily update the pages.

Distance learning university with more than 250,000 students enrolled worldwide.
Working at both strategic and operational levels, I developed the University's web presence. This included acting as a designer, with responsibility for layout, accessibility and navigation. It also included managing project meeting with clients (heads of department) and co-ordinating programming and build. At a more strategic level I was involved in developing standards for the University's internal and external web development.
